diversity equity and inclusion

The Coastside Land Trust (CLT) is dedicated to the preservation, protection and enhancement of the open space environment for present and future generations.  

CLT aims to increase community support for open space so that it can preserve, protect and enhance more land in perpetuity.  CLT’s community includes all demographic groups, including younger people who will inherit our environment.  CLT will endeavor to increase the participation of diverse groups in its organization and activities. CLT further commits to assure that all members of our community have equitable access to the benefits of open space.  Finally, CLT commits to promote an inclusive culture so that participation and access by diverse groups is meaningful and lasting.
