Bob Berryman, Real Estate Consultant. Based in San Mateo, Bob has been active in commercial and multi-family real estate for over twenty-five years. Most recently, he provided leasing and asset management services for the Presidio Trust in San Francisco. Prior to working with the Trust, he was with Real Estate Services at the University of California, San Francisco. Bob is a licensed California real estate broker. He is a Trustee and Past President of the G. W. Williams Foundation, and Chair of the College of the Pacific Leadership Council at the University of the Pacific.
Jim Blanchard, Jim is a director (secretary) of the Granada Community Services District, president of Midcoast Park Lands in El Granada, and president of the International Society of Aerosols in Medicine. He is principal scientist at Aradigm Corp. in Hayward, which is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing inhaled drugs to treat severe respiratory disease, including lung infections. Jim has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and did post-doctoral training at the Harvard School of Public Health. He is a longtime resident of El Granada.
Jo Chamberlain, Former Coastside Land Trust Executive Director (2005-2024) , former CLT board member, UC Santa Cruz Alumnus.
John Chamberlain, Former member, board of directors, Cotelligent, Inc.; president, Chamberlain Associates, Inc. (later acquired by Cotelligent); POST board of directors & stewardship team leader since 2001; POST Volunteer of the Year, 2002.
Mike Kimsey, Former CLT board member and co-founder.
Melissa Lane, Former member, board of directors, Coastside Land Trust; Registered Nurse; Coastside community volunteer.
Peter LaTourrette, Board member and Treasurer of Committee for Green Foothills, Peninsula Conservation Center Trust Fund, and Santa Clara Valley Audubon Society.
Dave Maiero, President, InGear Corporation. Graduate California State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo, Marine Biology. Managed companies and operations throughout the US and in Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Thailand, Taiwan, and Australia.
Brad O’Brien, Director, Peninsula Open Space Trust, Eastside College Preparatory School, and Ronald McDonald House at Stanford; member/shareholder, real estate and environmental practice, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Graduate of UCLA School of Law and Princeton University (Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs,).
Kathleen Scutchfield, Trustee Emeritus San Francisco Ballet and former National Committee Member of the Whitney Museum of American Art; co-founded Until There’s a Cure Foundation in 1993. Former owner of Toto Ranch. Attended Sarah Lawrence College and Yale University.
Rick Southern, Received the 2012 CLT “Like A Hawk” award for outstanding support in fundraising. Fundraising co-chair, 2013 Measure B (school parcel tax); Reverse mortgage originator, Anchor Funding, BA Economics UCSC, Graduate school Finance, CSUH.
