Patrick Ryan, Former Board member Coastside Family Medical Center; Board of Directors San Mateo County Historical Association. Realtor with Alain Pinel. Captain, US Army Signal Corps (Reserves) 1969-1986. Public Affairs Officer for 6th Army Headquarters. BA, Creighton University. MA, University of Nebraska at Omaha. Resident of the Coastside since 1973. Married to Sandra Ryan, 3 children.
Bob Berryman, Real Estate Consultant. Based in San Mateo, Bob has been active in commercial and multi-family real estate for over twenty-five years. Most recently, he provided leasing and asset management services for the Presidio Trust in San Francisco. Prior to working with the Trust, he was with Real Estate Services at the University of California, San Francisco. Bob is a licensed California real estate broker. He is a Trustee and Past President of the G. W. Williams Foundation, and Chair of the College of the Pacific Leadership Council at the University of the Pacific.
Jim Blanchard & Terry Sweeney, Jim is a director (secretary) of the Granada Community Services District, president of Midcoast Park Lands in El Granada, and president of the International Society of Aerosols in Medicine. He is principal scientist at Aradigm Corp. in Hayward, which is a specialty pharmaceutical company developing inhaled drugs to treat severe respiratory disease, including lung infections. Jim has M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine, and did post-doctoral training at the Harvard School of Public Health.
Terry is executive director at Nektar Therapeutics in San Francisco, which is biopharmaceutical company developing drugs for oncology, pain, anti-infectives, anti-viral and immunology using PEGylation and polymer conjugate technology to develop improved drugs for patients. Terry has a Ph.D. from the West Virginia University School of Medicine and did post-doctoral trainingat the Harvard School of Public Health.
They are longtime residents of El Granada.

John Dicker, Former member board of directors, Coastside Land Trust; President, Greenfield Learning - for the last 20 years dedicated to bringing well researched and effective technology based literacy and language solutions to children and adults. Graduated University College, London.
Beau Gill, Former member board of directors, Coastside Land Trust; a founding members of the CLT Art Gallery; received the 2013 CLT “Like A Hawk” award for outstanding support in fundraising; fine art and commercial international photographer and documentary filmmaker. Attended UCLA.
Larry Jacobs, President and CEO, Jacobs Farm and Del Cabo, Inc., organic farms established 1980; leaders in organic culinary herb and vegetable production; pioneered the use of integrated pest management methods; 2009 “Stewards of Sustainable Agriculture” award.
Melissa Lane, Former member, board of directors, Coastside Land Trust; Registered Nurse; Coastside community volunteer.

Brad O’Brien, Director, Peninsula Open Space Trust, Eastside College Preparatory School, and Ronald McDonald House at Stanford; member/shareholder, real estate and environmental practice, Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati. Ken Pearlman CFA, Former member board of directors, Coastside Land Trust; Co-Founder, Oceanshore Ventures L.P., a venture fund specializing in advanced materials for clean technologies. Founding partner of Half Moon Bay Brewing Company. Currently on the boards of Crystal Solar, EnerVault and HMB Brewing Co.
Kathleen Scutchfield, Trustee Emeritus San Francisco Ballet and former National Committee Member of the Whitney Museum of American Art; co-founded Until There’s a Cure Foundation in 1993. Former owner of Toto Ranch. Attended Sarah Lawrence College and Yale University.
