JUNIOR LAND STEWARDS PROGRAM 2019 EXHIBIT:
“Science and stewardship in our coastal open spaces”
Coastside Land Trust is excited to host this exhibit of artwork, writing and photographs showcasing the 2019 Junior Land Stewards’ journey of scientific exploration and open space stewardship. Over the past school year, 4th grade students at Hatch Elementary in Half Moon Bay explored the open coastal bluffs near their school. They learned about local plants and wildlife, cared for and restored coastal prairie habitat, and pondered the importance of these open spaces for themselves and their community. We invite you to experience this journey through their eyes.
Please join us on Friday, May 10th 2019 from 4-7 pm for the Exhibit Opening and Community Event at the Coastside Land Trust gallery at 788 Main Street, Half Moon Bay. The exhibit will run May 10th to the end of June, so if you cannot make it to the opening, please call the office to check our hours or arrange to see the exhibit (650) 726-5056.
